The Database Engineer is a combination of a business and technical customer-facing role that will be accountable for the end-to-end customer data architecture, development, deployment, and support. The Database Engineer will be responsible for working with stakeholders to identify opportunities to leverage data to drive business value. In addition, you will be responsible for mining and analyzing data to drive efficiency and optimization, develop custom data models and algorithms, and develop processes and tools to monitor production systems and data accuracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>Work location: Remote, Boston, Austin, and Las Vegas options<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>Minimum 3 years experience with Relational Databases (Postgres preferred but not required)<\/li><li>Very Advanced SQL knowledge<\/li><li>Experience with Data Warehousing and Dimensional Data Modeling<\/li><li>Cloud Experience (AWS Preferred)<\/li><li>Bachelor degree or equivalent experience<\/li><li>Self-starter who can act autonomously as well as thrive in a strong team environment<\/li><li>Be able to work with, clarify, and find creative solutions for ambiguous and sometimes challenging requests<\/li><li>Have excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li><li>Be able to effectively and efficiently troubleshoot data issues and bugs<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bonus Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>Experience with DBT<\/li><li>Agile software development experience<\/li><li>Experience with Data Integrations, Visualizations, and\/or Analytics<\/li><li>Experience with Python<\/li><li>Experience using third party APIs<\/li><li>Experience with webhooks and callback URLs<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><meta charset=\"utf-8\">Apply by emailing resume to <a href=\"mailto:careers@treehousetechgroup.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">careers@treehousetechgroup.com<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Overview:&nbsp; As a Database Engineer, you will work with stakeholders and the internal development team to guide the technical development of enterprise data solutions.
